Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment's journey at any time through the carrier's portal.
Sizing assistance
Every product page includes a size guide with EU, UK, US and centimetre conversions for that specific last. Most of our lace-ups fit large, so we usually recommend going half a size down. If you are between sizes or unsure, send us a message before ordering and we will help you choose.
