Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn, with the soles unmarked and all original tags intact. We recommend trying your pair on indoors, on a clean carpeted surface, to keep them returnable.
In its original box, with the dust bags and shoe trees included.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damages and Issues
